Coast-to-coast
Starting from devoran, follow the cycle trail all the way to portreath on the north coast – or as far as you want to go! there are several detours and additional routes along the way. For the majority of this route you will be on bridal ways, however, there are a few places where you will need to cycle on and cross roads.
Detour
The great flat lode is a loop that can be ridden in addition to the coast-to-coast route – see map for details on link below.
Point green
An extra detour is the short ride to point green. By cycling in the opposite direction to portreath, the route to point takes you along a narrow road with stunning waterside views. approx 10-20 minutes ride each way.
Other routes
There are a network of over 200 miles of old miners tracks along with bridal ways, trails and country lanes, and so please feel free to ask us for recommendations.
